Join the global movement to save Borneo’s Virgin Rainforest

"On June 24th, Climbing HI, BC Tree Care and West Maui Woodworks will be camping in the tree tops for a "lofty" cause. They will head for the trees in support of The Big Canopy Campout (TBCC), an international event bringing together tree climbers, filmmakers, nature lovers and adventure activists from all over the world for one night in the tree tops, raising money to save the rainforest in Borneo.

Bee Swarm!

You’ve worked for eight hours; you’ve gone to the grocery store to pick up your husband’s favorite pasta; you’ve picked up your eight-year-old Lyza from ballet; you’ve picked up your three-year-old Liam from daycare. And now, you’re finally pulling into the driveway of your home, only to find that there, hanging on a branch just above the front door of your home, are thousands upon thousands of bees! What to Do?! Bees swarm when their population exceeds the capacity of their original hive. On this momentous occasion, the hive will split, and part of the populous will leave to find a new hive location. A new queen is selected, and hive building begins. But in the meantime, you may find thousands of bees waiting to relocate; and in this particular instance, those bees chose your doorstep for their launching-off point.
